Description
The Arctic Ice boots are generously cut, flexible cooling boots that offer optimal coverage of the desired area. Four elastic Velcro fastenings allow a flexible fit so that the boots can be used on any area of the horse’s leg.
The unique Hypo-Freeze gel is distributed in 24 separate chambers and nestles optimally against the leg to ensure maximum contact with tendons and joints. The gel maintains an intense “arctic” cold for exactly the period needed to achieve effective cooling.
We recommend applying the Arctic Ice boots regularly after intense exertion for short periods (20–30 minutes) – preventively, so that ligaments, tendons and joints stay tight. The sooner the tendon temperature is lowered after training, the better. This applies both to demanding dressage sessions and to cantering, jumping or cross-country training.
The boots can be used on front or hind legs. Supplied as a pair.
